Bosnia's Bobar Banka buys bankrupt food factory Prehrana for EUR 1.4mn.

Bijeljina-based Bobar Banka has acquired bankrupt food factory Prehrana, Nezavisne Novine daily reported. Prehrana is based in Gradiska. The factory was bought through bidding for a price of KM 2.71mn (EUR 1.39mn). Jovo Jovanovic, president of the RS agriculture and food industry union, said that he is satisfied with the outcome of the bidding, which took place in the Basic Court in Gradiska.
