Bosnia's average net wage up by nominal 1.8% y/y in July 2011.

The average monthly net wage in Bosnia rose by a nominal 1.8% y/y to BAM 813 (EUR 416) in July, slowing down from 2.7% y/y in June, according to statistics office data. On the other hand, CPI inflation was 3.9% y/y in July, accelerating from 3.8% y/y in June. This suggests that in real terms, the net wage has dropped by 2.1% y/y in July, a wider decrease than 1.1% y/y in June. Bosnia's average gross wage increased by a nominal 4.2% y/y to BAM 1,268 in July, decelerating from 5.3% y/y in June.
