CEE's biggest software company Asseco Poland has signed a letter of intent to acquire ZETO Bydgoszcz, a firm specialising in ready-to-use IT technologies, software and hardware for social insurance sector, according to Asseco's market filing. The 100% stake in ZETO to be purchased has been evaluated at PLN 87.73mn (EUR 21.11mn), the document reads. Under the letter of intent, Asseco Systems, Asseco Poland's subsidiary, will purchase shares in ZETO Bydgoszcz from the latter's 98 shareholders. ZETO Bydgoszcz's key product is the integrated Company Management System STER.ERP. In 2011, its revenue was PLN 35.5mn; it employs 127 people. |
