CEE's biggest software company Asseco Poland has signed an agreement to buy ZETO Bydgoszcz, a firm specialising in ready-to-use IT technologies, software and hardware for social insurance sector, according to Asseco's market filing. The price will be PLN 90.9mn (or EUR 21.5mn, vs. initially estimated 87.7mn, when a letter was signed in Januaery). ZETO Bydgoszcz's key product is the integrated Company Management System STER.ERP. In 2011, its revenue was PLN 35.5mn; it employs 127 people. |
