Belgrade-based Pink takes over Macedonian broadcaster Alfa TV.

Serbian leading commercial radio and TV broadcaster Pink International Company will acquire Macedonian national television Alfa TV, Dnevnik daily reported, quoting unnamed sources. Pink International Company is a member of Belgrade-headquartered Pink Media Group (PMG), owned by businessman Zeljko Mitrovic. Alfa TV previous owner was Macedonian businessman Sterjo Nakov. Pink is acquiring the full stake of Alfa TV, which will be renamed Pink Alfa or Pink Macedonia as of Nov 11. Pink Media Group (PMG) is a major private broadcast media and entertainment group. It has operations in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
