Belgrade-based Pink gives up acquisition of Macedonian broadcaster Alfa TV.

Serbian businessman Zeljko Mitrovic has given up the acquisition of Macedonian national television Alfa TV, electronic publication Kirilica reported. As recalled, earlier this month Dnevnik daily reported that Serbian commercial radio and TV broadcaster Pink International Company is acquiring the full stake of Alfa TV. Pink International Company is a member of Belgrade-headquartered Pink Media Group (PMG), owned by Zeljko Mitrovic. Alfa TV is owned by Macedonian businessman Sterjo Nakov. Pink Media Group (PMG) is a major private broadcast media and entertainment group. It has operations in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
