The European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said he believes that the EU member states will decide to wrap up entry talks with Croatia at the blocs summit on June 23-24, news agency HINA informed. The EC has already submitted to the EU Council its proposal to close the final four of 35 legal chapters that EU hopefuls must negotiate to gain EU entry. The decision will pave the way for Croatia to become the unions 28th member as of July 2013, Barroso added.
