Barclays to relocate Africa HQ to Johannesburg - report.

British bank Barclays Plc plans to move its Africa headquarters back to Johannesburg, Reuters news agency reported citing a bank official. At present, the bank is running the Africa operations with a staff of 123 out of its Dubai office. The operations will be conducted out of Johannesburg as of the beginning of 2012, Sami Lahoud, head of corporate affairs at Barclay's Africa, was quoted as saying.
