The average annualised agreed interest rate on new loans in Slovakia fell by 0.03pps m/m to 3.65% in November 2012, following a 0.05pps monthly decline in October, data from the central bank showed. On an annual basis, the interest rates on new loans fell by 0.98pps in November, faster than the 0.73pps decline in October. The level of interest rates on operating loans fell by 0.17pps m/m in November and the rates on loans for house purchase edged down by 0.07pps, while rates on investment and consumer loans went up by 0.86pps and 0.37pps, respectively. On an annual basis, the rates on all types of credit moved lower in November.
