Assets of Hungarys investment funds up 3.2% m/m in Feb 2013.

Hungary's investment funds had aggregate assets of HUF 3.657tn (EUR 11.98bn) as of end-February 2013, up by 3.2% m/m, MTI news agency reported citing data from the association of investment funds and asset management companies BAMOSZ. Assets of money market funds rose 1.9% m/m to HUF 1,444bn as they drew fresh funds of HUF 38bn in February. Assets of bond funds increased by 12% m/m to HUF 479bn as they attracted fresh capital of HUF 35.5bn in the month. Assets in mixed funds grew 5.5% m/m to HUF 158bn and assets in public property went up by 3% to HUF 364bn. By contrast, assets of share funds witnessed a 0.8% m/m decline to HUF 258bn as withdrawals came in at HUF 2bn.
