Albanias real estate market shows signs of recovery in Q1 2011.

Local real estate market showed signs of recovery in the first quarter of 2011, after stagnating in 2010, Albanian Daily News reported. A number of foreign companies have expressed interest in investing in Albanian coast areas attracted by low property prices, Stela Dhami, general manager of consultancy Colliers Albania said. Moreover, Albanias marketing campaign launched in international media also had a positive effect on investors interest. Colliers expects rental prices to remain stable in the first half of 2011.
