Albania to open embassy in Australia.

The government will soon open an embassy in Australia , deputy PM and foreign minister Ilir Meta told Australian ambassador resident in Greece , Jeremy Roger Newman, at a recent meeting. A new diplomatic representation will facilitate the consolidation of bilateral relations in the political and economic fields, Meta said. It will also help strengthen the role of the Albanian community living in Australia .
