By bne IntelliNews October 21, 2010
The public support for PM Petr Necas reached 47.9% in an October poll by agency SANEP, newswire CTK reported. The trust in PM Necas is unusually high, bearing in mind that, except for PM Jan Fischer who headed the interim government prior to the May elections, PMs have so far traditionally been supported by about one-fifth of those polled. The public backing for President Vaclav Klaus declined to 49.1%. PM Necas and President Klaus were trusted by 41% and 68% of Czechs, respectively, a September poll by CVVM showed.
